DIRECTIONS:
From Merritt Parkway:
Take Exit 60. At end of the ramp, take a left. You will see Red Lobster on the right. OptiCare is located in the Village Fair Plaza on the right between Party City and Weight Watchers.

From I-84 East:
Take Exit 23 (Route 69 South). Follow Route 69 for 10-15 miles toward New Haven. Take a left onto the Merritt Parkway towards Hamden/New Haven and take Exit 60. At the end of the exit, take a left onto Dixwell Avenue. OptiCare is located approximately 1/2 mile on the right next to Party City in the Village Fair Plaza.

From I-91:
Take Exit 10 to the connector. At the very end of the connector take a left onto Whitney Avenue (Route 10). Follow Whitney Avenue into the center of Hamden. At the Town Hall on the right, take a right onto Dixwell Avenue. Proceed on Dixwell for about 1-1/2 miles, past Stop & Shop. Just past the Ford dealership on the left is OptiCare, next to Party City, the GAP, and Peoples Bank in the Village Fair Plaza.
